This website and associated materials are owned by Groundwithin Coaching. You may not distribute, adapt, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Groundwithin Coaching.

Anonymous Data Collection and Use

To maintain our Website’s high quality, we may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Website by identifying which areas of the Website are most heavily used, and to display content according to your preferences. Your IP address is the number assigned to computers connected to the Internet. This is essentially “traffic data” which cannot personally identify you, but is helpful to us for marketing purposes and for improving our services. Traffic data collection does not follow a user’s activities on any other websites in any way. Anonymous traffic data may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate basis.

PARTICIPANT LIABILITY AND RELEASE WAIVER  

By voluntarily participating in any of Groundwithin’s Coaching or other service I agree to the participant terms of this agreement including the acknowledgements below:  

As a participant in coaching, mindfulness classes, meditation practices, yoga classes, programs, and online materials, offered by Groundwithin Coaching during which I will receive information and suggestions about nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, health, and fitness; I recognize that the activities I participate in at Groundwithin Coaching may require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause aggravated physical injury, and I am fully aware of and willingly assume the risk and hazards involved.  

I understand that Groundwithin Coaching is not therapy and it does not substitute for seeing a licensed therapist. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician or medical doctor prior to my participation with Groundwithin coaching.  

PRIVACY POLICY  

We may collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs), To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you), To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs), To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature, To send periodic emails. The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 Coaching appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for your session. All appointments canceled within a 24 hour period of the scheduled time will not be refunded. Missed appointments cannot be refunded. 

All purchases on Groundwithin website are non-refundable and non-transferable. All purchases of services and products are final.
