what is a life coach AND HOW CAN THEY HELP ME?
A life coach is someone who works with you to help you reach higher states of your potential. They meet you *where you’re at* in the process of change and expansion. Through intention-setting, they empower you to identify, execute, and meet your goals. They help you overcome obstacles, limiting beliefs, and challenges in healthy ways to achieve greater success and fulfillment in life.
“Meriah has helped me get through more challenges than I know and she will always hold a special place in my heart. She has shown and taught me authenticity and mindfulness, kindness, play, and how to be unafraid to feel and to be all of those things myself. She has taught me to see the beauty in everything and to keep my head up when the going gets tough-and to always keep laughing.”

I think I could benefit from a life coach, but where do I start?”
It depends on what areas of your life you’re seeking to improve. I work with many women whose life coaching is nutrition-focused, while others lack purpose and motivation … or that challenging one: SELF-LOVE. Some women are dealing with depression and anxiety, while others want to experience a greater sense of expansion and spirituality.
There’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to life coaching. You are an individual with your own specific needs and goals. If you think life coaching might be something you wish to explore, I’m happy to help you identify the specific areas of your life you’d like to work on.
Which of the following resonate most with you?
-
★ I know there’s something more for me out there, but I’m not sure what it is.
★ I’m unhappy and can’t find what brings me joy.
★ I rely on objects or the status of others to validate my worth.
★ I lack confidence and security.
★ I can’t seem to finish what I set my mind to.
★ I have a hard time connecting with myself and others.
★ I’m tired and exhausted.
★ I have negative thoughts that can often overpower me.
★ I don’t know how to balance my time with myself, others, and work.
★ I lack excitement and adventure.
If this sounds like you, your coaching can be focused on … Mind, Body, and Spirit.

★ I have a health condition. I’m exhausted from trying conventional ways for treatment.
★ I’m tired of “fad diets” and various dieting trends. I can’t keep up with them all. They overwhelm me and I don’t know where to even start. Besides, they never seem to work for me long-term.
★ I feel pressured by society’s beauty standards. They get in the way of how I treat my body. But hey, I’m just trying to look and feel my best! Honestly though, there’s got to be a better way.
★ I don’t know where to start with nutrition and exercise.
★ I feel ashamed of my body.
★ I have a history of disordered eating, eating disorders, or binging behaviors.
If this sounds like you, your coaching can be focused on … Nutrition and Health.
If you feel like both Mind, Body, and Spirit and Nutrition and Health at least partially describe you, that’s totally okay! They often coincide. We’ll figure out a plan specifically tailored to your individual needs.
But before we do …
is this you?
★ I’m ready to align with my highest self.
★ I’m open to co-creating a plan specifically crafted for ME.
★ I’m seeking someone who will hold me accountable.
★ I’m ready to set clear intentions and live them.
★ I’m open to mindfulness and a meditation practice.
★ I’m seeking structure and motivation.

Please keep in mind: life coaching is not the same as therapy and is not a substitute for it. That said, it can be a great addition to it. Or even a wonderful way (apart from therapy) to help you get more out of life. And yes: you ARE deserving of that!
